- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have had multiple issues with this office including problems with a package not being delivered because I wasn't home to sign for it, but instead of leaving it at my local post office, they sent it back to Houston or California or something and it was a whole week of phone calls and trying to track it down before it finally got to me. There have been multiple times when my husband has found large packages crammed into our mailbox because the postal worker didn't want to walk to our door and now the mailbox door doesn't really stay shut. He left a note asking them not to do this but the note was removed and large packages continue to be stuffed in the box. The latest issue is that there is no way to contact this office directly about an issue regarding local services but if I call the 800 number they won't resolve local issues and refer me back to this office. So it seems like it would make a lot of sense for them to have their own phone number. And also, if they cared at all about customer service, that would be great as well.By M CR, April 07, 2017
